Who are we?We are a B.S.A.C Scuba Diving Club (842) based in Crumpsall, North Manchester. We use the Abraham Moss Center Pool for the training and the The Heaton Park for the "after pool meetings". We meet every Tuesday at the pool from around 9pm then move on to the pub ay 10pm. Please feel free to pop down and meet us! What do we do?Our aim is to provide the opportunity to learn the sport of Scuba Diving within a club environment. This means you will have plenty of support in your training and also the opportunity to take part in the many organized dive trips we run constantly through the year. Whether you are an complete novice or an experienced diver you will find we will fulfill your requirements. The Benefits of the club approach is twofold. One the training is done by the club members and as such you are trained at your own pace. The other is there is always someone to go diving with when you've qualified! IMPORTANT NEWS: The Shark Trust!Established in 1997, the Shark Trust is the UK registered marine charity dedicated to promoting the study, management and conservation of sharks, skates, rays and chimeras (Elasmobranchs). The Trust works through a series of scientifically supported campaigns, research and education programmes, and strives to provide guidance, facilitate decisions, influence legislation and raise public awareness of the plight of these animals on both national and international scales. Please have a look and join so we can still see sharks in the future!!!
